Webinar Registration Refunds
Live Webinar Events
Refund eligibility for live webinar registrations depends on the timing of your cancellation request:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund available upon request
- 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund available
- After the event has started: No refund available
On-Demand and Recorded Content
For pre-recorded webinars and on-demand educational content:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed
- Once more than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded, no refund will be issued
- Access to content is tracked automatically through our platform
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the monthly period
- Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase if no content has been accessed
- After 30 days, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months, minus a 20% administrative fee
- Refunds are only available if fewer than 5 webinars or learning modules have been accessed
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content or attending a live webinar:
- Contact our support team at help@kyrenolaxis.com within 48 hours of the issue
- We will investigate the technical problem and may offer a full refund, alternative access, or credit for future events
- Technical issues must be documented and reported promptly
Event Cancellation by Kyrenolaxis
If we cancel or significantly reschedule a webinar:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment as credit toward another event
- We will notify you via email of cancellations and available options
Dissatisfaction with Content Quality
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of content or instruction:
- Contact us within 7 days of the event or content access
- Provide specific details about your concerns
- We will review your case individually and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Promotional or discounted registrations marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
- Third-party certifications or examination fees
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Bundled packages where individual components have been partially used
- Gift certificates or promotional credits
